Thanksgiving

We had a fun Thanksgiving with Granny, Granddaddy, Uncle Sam, Aunt Barbara and their little dog Nicki! Uncle Sam and Aunt Barbara drove in from East Texas and we were happy to see them.

Here's a picture of Aaron and Mia playing with tangrams with Aunt Barbara.

Poll!

Is it better to have the smaller thumbnails that you can click on to see them bigger, or would you rather just be able to see the picture without having to do any more clicking? Add a comment if you have an opinion on this!

Thanks to I think I have found a way around this image posting problem! Please forgive all of the random photos. I just had to figure out the best way to do this.

Technical difficulties

Well, to get the first picture to post, I had to try several times before it would work. Now, I am unable to get any more pictures to post at all. It seems that there is an issue with posting pictures larger than 3MB, but my pictures are smaller than that! Hopefully, this will be resolved soon - otherwise this will be a very short-lived blog!

Taking pictures

Aaron and Mia are notorious for running away, making funny faces and generally being silly whenever a camera is pointed at them. Here is a recent photo (taken in October). At least they are both FACING the camera at the same time!

Welcome

Welcome to my first post on things-that-go. I have friends who have blogs, which I read regularly, but this is my first try at starting one. My mission is simply to keep my friends and relatives somewhat up to date about what's going on with our family! I am one of the worst people I know about keeping in touch and sending pictures, so hopefully the ease of a blog will help me in my quest to do better! So, here goes.
