At the beginning of the summer, Mia got to go stay with my parents all by herself - and last week was Aaron's turn! One of the things they did was go to Battleship Texas State Park . It's in La Porte, which is only about a 30 minute drive from my parents' house. Aaron had fun touring the ship - plus, he got to ride on the ferry over there!They also visited the San Jacinto Monument, where they took an elevator to the top and got a nice view of the Houston Ship Channel. Aaron had a very good time with Me-maw and Granddad! This weekend we are off to NASA! (Trying to cram as much as we can into these last two weeks of summer break!!)
